Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

To ensure faster delivery, available items may be shipped separately. This allows you to receive part of your order without waiting for all items to be ready for dispatch.

If you received the wrong product or one that significantly differs from the description, please contact our support team. Include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can promptly investigate and resolve the issue.
